I received my undergraduate degree from Texas State University in San Marcos, TX. I am certified to teach Dance (K-12) and English (7-12) in Tennessee and Texas. I obtained my graduate degree in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment from Walden University in 2008. I am a happily married and have one son who is in the 8th grade. This is my 5th year at The Middle College and my 11th year teaching for CMCSS. I look forward to a great school year! High School Teacher of the Year 2017-2018
